At Illawarra Diggers, we are proud of our contribution to the care of the older members of our Illawarra community. Illawarra Diggers, which was originally founded in Mt Keira in 1946 to serve returning veterans of WW2, relocated to Corrimal in 1979 and has since grown to provide residential care and support for more than 100 men and women from all corners of our community.

Consistent with our not for profit charitable status, we have an overriding desire to ensure the best possible quality of life for all our residents.

Community Gateway are a group of people who genuinely care. We provide services such as respite, in-home care, transport assistance, cleaning services, outings for aged people and disability support, just to name a few!
