CareForce Employer Round Table Event: Effective VET/RTO partnerships

This CareForce Round Table provides employers with a guide to VET and RTO partnerships. Featuring employers who have drawn on RTO partnerships to deliver successful workforce development strategies including Traineeships, School Based Apprenticeship and Traineeship (SBATs) Programs, contemporary Pre-employment programs, and current employee upskilling programs. The Round Table will feature a panel discussion facilitated by experienced practitioners, and time to discuss challenges and opportunities.

The Employer Round Table – VET and RTO partnerships to deliver successful workforce development strategies helps participants learn from employers who have maximised VET/RTO partnerships for the benefit of their workforce goals. Employer roundtable - Nov 2021
The November Care Sector Employer Round Table Event focused on ways to improve employer attraction and recruitment efforts. The event provided an overview of streamlined employment pathways, breakout sessions to discuss better attraction, recruitment and onboarding practices, a brainstorming session identifying opportunities ahead and an introduction to the online CareForce Hub.
